 MELTING :
We have 2 units of Inductotherm induction furnaces. One of them is Duraline 250KW,1000 Hz 350 Kg/hr. capacity, the other one is Duraline 650 KW,1000 Hz 1000 Kg/hr. capacity.
MOULDING :
The moulding department is consist of two sections. The first moulding department is automatic molding lines; we can produce the pieces continuous and quickly in long series. The capacity of our automatic moulding lines capacity is 30 ton/hr. The second section of moulding department is manual moulding system, and with this system we can individually produce pieces from 100gr up to 1000kg.

QUALITY CONTROL :
The quality control of the production is being done at every stage, complete laboratory facilities for physical, metallographic and hardness testing. Thermal analysis (carbon,silicon) also optical emission spectrometric analysis (O.B.L.F. Spectro Anal. Ins.), dye penetration test, sand testing equipment (W.P.M. Sand test Lab.), casting to international standards.

FINISHING :
When the batches are completed, the castings are carried to finishing area for cleaning operation. After the chip removing operations, generally painting is applied if it is necessary. Packing of pieces is done according to customer requirements.
