Özguven Makina Metal İşleme is established in the year 2003, beside of the Özguven Döküm, for the purposes of machining of the parts which are coming from the foundary. The parts are generally produced for the Italian and France companies, which are at the first tier of their automotive sectors.
A lot of attentions are paid for 'Quality' in the machine shop. Auto control system is applied by each operator at the end of each operation. İn order to obtain and check the geometric tolerances and surface quality; we have all the control equipments and also electronic three dimensional measuring unit ( ABERLINK 3D) by means of this unit, it's possible to get the measurement printouts and give these attachments to the company when delivering the machined parts if it is required.
According to the improvement of the producing capacity; we have ordered other new machines and approximately will be established at the idle of the year 2004.
